Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and tracking is provided upon dispatch.

International Orders
For orders shipped outside of Japan, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Multiple-Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched from separate facilities and, as a result, may arrive on different dates. A tracking number will be provided for each shipment.
