Tempura Ginza Onodera (天ぷら 銀座 おのでら) is a premium tempura restaurant led by Chef Kazutaka Okuyama, who began his career at Tempura Yoshino in Hilton Odaiba and later spent 13 years working as a kaiseki chef at a Tokyo hotel. Drawing on nearly 15 years of culinary experience, he focuses on seasonal ingredients and personally visits the market each day to carefully select the seafood and vegetables used in his dishes. The restaurant is known for its delicate tempura made with 100% Taihaku white sesame oil from raw, untoasted sesame seeds, creating a light and crisp texture. Signature items such as hairy crab tempura are prepared differently depending on the season to highlight the ingredient at its peak.
